Payment Terms:
Payment is required in full before we will dispatch your order. Payment must be made in British Pounds. All prices include VAT at 17.5 %. We accept all major credit/debit cards. Payments are processed by Protx/Sage,Google Checkout or by PayPal if you prefer.
Free Delivery for Orders over £69.00 (£6.99 for orders under) Delivery for orders to all UK mainland locations excluding the remote Scottish Highlands is included in our prices. Please note that our delivery offer does not therefore apply to Northern Ireland or any offshore island. For the Scottish Highlands the additional charge is £12.00. For Northern Ireland/Isle of Man/Isles of Scilly, the additional charge is £23.00. For all other non-UK mainland locations, please e-mail or call us for a delivery cost quote before ordering.(Not all rugs can be shipped this way)

Delivery Timescales:
Currently most UK deliveries are made within 7 to 10 working days.
Most deliveries being quicker, a few taking a few days more.
If a rug goes out of stock we will contact you and offer a full refund or you may request that the rug goes on back order.
You will receive a dispatch email when your rug is dispatch.

Returns & Cancellations
The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 states you have the right to cancel your order prior to dispatch and the right to return your rug if you don't like it. All we ask is that you inform us by e-mail or post within 7 days of receipt and return the rug within a reasonable time. Return the rug to us at your expense in unused condition and in the original undamaged packaging (or packaging of the same quality) for your refund. We recommend using an insured delivery service. Upon receipt and satisfactory inspection of the rug we will issue a refund less any delivery charges.

Goods Damaged In Transit:
Our rugs are made to very high standards, and we employ professional national carriers. Nevertheless, you must examine the package on arrival before signing for it. In the unlikely event that it has been damaged, do not sign for it. The courier will automatically return the consignment to us and we will arrange a replacement. You should also inform anyone accepting the delivery on your behalf of this requirement. Damage that occurs after a rug is received by a customer is not covered.
Images and Colours We make every effort to correctly represent our rugs' colours and other details on the web-site. However, due to variances in screen technologies and photo reproduction, we cannot guarantee that colours and other details will always be accurately reproduced.

Faulty Goods
If a rug is faulty please contact us at once and within 7 days of receipt at most and we will arrange a refund or replacement as agreed. Please note that this excludes rugs damaged in transit (see above) which should not be accepted. Return carriage (weekday pickup) will be reimbursed if the rug is faulty. You must ensure that someone is available to meet the courier, as we only pay one pickup attempt, subsequent attempts being charged at £15.00 each.
